This is a picture of the very young looking Miss Tavares facing in the direction of the camera after she took her place next to the leader of her country, Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva. Her name is Mayora Tavares, she is 16 and she comes from Brazil.
Mayora was at the G8 summit in Italy as part of the J8 – a group of 53 people aged between 14 and 17 who have been meeting in Rome since the start of the week.
They were discussing how the lives of young people around the world can be improved.
