Wimbledon Semifinals live (live video stream)

World No. 3 Andy Murray faces sixth-seeded American Andy Roddick on Centre Court later this afternoon to secure a place in the Wimbledon 2009 Final.

Roddick, who is back in the semis of the tournament for the first time since 2005, has grown stronger, and he has matured mentally as well. But in this match, he’s definitely the underdog. The 23-year-old Nebraskan knows that the crowd will be loud and hoping his serve cracks like a broken vase.

Murray has also elevated his game to such a level that he is now a genuine sporting superstar. And I think the 22-year-old Scot has a real shot at becoming the first male British Wimbledon champion since Fred Perry way back in 1936.
